making a COMMERCIAL offer
I will send you a commercial proposal where I outline the scope of work, website structure, stages, timelines, and cost. After its approval, we proceed to sign a contract. At this stage, a 50% prepayment of the total cost is required.
acquaintance and BRIEFING
At this stage, we have a meeting, get acquainted, and I ask questions about your business to determine the direction of our work. If you have references and a technical task for the website, please send them to me.
ANALYSIS OF YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE
I immerse myself in studying your business, examining competitor websites to analyze their strengths and weaknesses. I explore your target audience, understanding their pains, fears, and preferences.
REFERENCES RESEARCH. MAKING A MOODBOARD
After receiving the second part of the payment, I hand over the website to you. If needed, I provide a video tutorial on its management and content filling. I offer technical support for the website for one month.
I select references that align with the desired style, creating a mood board. This helps define the design direction, ensuring that we are on the same page in terms of vision.
After the concept agreement, I transfer the design to Tilda (a website builder) and proceed to layout the remaining pages. I set up the animations, ensure adaptability for all devices, integrate inquiry forms, set up the domain. We conduct a final review.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT IN FIGMA
After finalizing the mood board, I proceed to develop the website concept in Figma. Typically, I create 2−3 website blocks, and once approved, I continue the work on Tilda.
